Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly experience in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that issues may arise due to product defects, shipping damages, or incorrect items, and we are here to resolve them efficiently.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
- For perishable items (such as eggs and chicken), returns are only accepted in cases of spoilage, damage during transit, or clear quality issues reported immediately upon receip
Items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team by email or WhatsApp. Include your order number, reason for the return, and clear photographs if the item is defective or damaged. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions. Do not return any products without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in cases where the product delivered is defective, expired, or incorrect. You can request an exchange within the same 3-day window. Once the returned item is verified, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that we may not always have stock availability for a direct replacement, in which case a refund may be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected time frame:
- First, recheck your bank account or payment source
- Then contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted
- If the issue persists after these steps, contact our customer service team for assistance
Fraud Prevention
To protect both the business and our customers, all return and refund requests are subject to verification. We reserve the right to decline requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the original order.
